Global Property Consultancy was founded on a simple idea: buyers deserve an advisor who works for them, not for a listing. In a market where most agents are paid to move inventory, we built a different model — one where our income comes from the developer, our advice stays independent, and our only real job is helping you make the right decision for your family.

Our focus is deliberately narrow: premium villas in Tellapur, Narsingi, and the broader West Hyderabad corridor. We’d rather know six micro-markets in depth than a whole city on the surface. That means we can tell you, project by project, which developer delivers on time, which layouts actually hold resale value, and which “upcoming infrastructure” promises are real.

Before real estate, that same principle — go deep, be the person people can actually trust — shaped a career that moved through pharmaceuticals, education, and now property consulting. Different industries, same instinct: understand the subject properly before you advise anyone on it.
